I hate any car that has the odometer in the center and not behind the steering wheel.

Instead a thought out sequel that released years later out of love 3 u/Yoggyo 1h ago FWIW, I've driven a car with a HUD in a very sunny climate for the past 2 years, and haven't had any of the issues you've described. 1 u/Shellnanigans 1h ago Thank goodness, at this point I expect negligence on the design teams for these cars Please enjoy your car, happy holidays! -6 u/Cicer 8h ago That’s worse. 4 u/AffectionateTopic968 7h ago How? It’s literally less distance to view, and you can see what’s going on in front of you in your peripheral vision better 3 u/shastaxc 7h ago I love the HUD. One of my cars have it and I always feel worse driving my other car which doesn't have it. 2 u/alexlikespizza 8h ago Crazy thing is mini used to have that 3 u/Short-Mark8872 11h ago What a weird thing to care about where it is placed. Now the speedometer, I agree being in the center is absurd. 3 u/Unfair_Potential_295 8h ago Speedo is on a hud which includes speed limit, upcoming turn if nav is running and track list controls if listening to Spotify etc 1 u/Short-Mark8872 4h ago Sure, but the primary speedometer, in this video and historically in MINI vehicles, is in the center. 1 u/f3nix9510 8h ago It's a mini thing 1 u/hroaks 3h ago Tesla brought on that trend and the world copied. They also brought on that trend of having to awkwardly pull open a door handle with two motions
